Next season 2021/22 is presented full of news and new challenges for the Aragonese tenor Eduardo Aladrén. The Spanish singer, with an upward international career, will culminate the season with his debut at the Teatro Real in Madrid in July playing the role of Ismaele in Nabucco. Earlier this summer, another debut awaits him at the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki where he will be performing the role of Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana which opens, along with his inseparable Pagliacci, on August 20th. Aladrén will also play Radames in the new production of Aida with the Staatskapelle Weimar of the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar that will premiere at the end of October.
As a member of the ensemble of soloists at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf, Aladrén will also play Don José (Carmen), Turiddu (Cavalleria) and Alfredo (La Traviata) throughout the 2021/22 academic year. – ÓA
